A Leetle Bit of This and a Leetle Bit of That

The good times continues to roll on the Brewers canal in Amsterdam.  Only a few more days left of playing tourist.  Today we're off to visit some windmills and hopefully find a sled in a second hand shop.  We went ice skating the other day and a dad was there pulling his kids around on a sled.  It looked like too much fun to miss out on, so we're trying to replicate the fun.  Other than scouring second hand shops we have again tried our hand at making pasta.  This time, it was a serious hit.  We watched this little movie and off we went.  We decided on ravioli this time, filled with homemade cottage cheese, cream cheese, grated cheese, egg, basil and oregano.  Nice.  When we haven't been rolling up a storm in the kitchen we've hit a few kringloops.  These are just a few of my finds, the others haven't been photographed yet (the biscuit tin is Dani's, it even came with biscuit crumbs inside).  And lastly, to work off all the pasta we've been eating, a little bit of Zorba goes a long way...

Ice skating, pasta and cool purchases. Wow! It is a dreamy life you know no matter if you wake feeling yukky!
Ilove the green thread storer and the dolls house. The pasta looks yum. You have inspired me to make some. Maybe I 'll do that with Connor and Kenz today it's wet and windy and we are having a home day - so craft and cooking it is.
