i know this is a little cheeky, but i saw this fab house yesterday. one that has had many hours of blood sweat tears and a whole lot of love poured into it. i thought i would give you a sneak peak of just 2 of the fab rooms that i saw. take this as a big shout out to the amazing and very talented interior designers, tilers, painters, cementers and all. you made the house go from hohum to homey and fun and beautiful.

Party for the Big Boy Part 1

Thank you lovely Kim for your photography.
Not all photo's can go in the blog 'cause I cannot put up pics of kids who are not my own (or my sisters!) But you will get the idea. It was a great day.

Future Planning...all things Easter

I know, I know...this post is kind of like seeing Easter eggs in the store right after Christmas, but I just got a little bit excited this morning while planning for kids church and thought I would share some of the things that clever people do on their Easter mornings. We will be doing some of these things here.

I always find it a struggle to get the right balance at Easter. I want the Cross to be the centre...but egg hunts are so much fun!
We are doing this one. Clues may be changed a bit, but how cool is the end clue with the focus on Jesus. Love it. (see photo at top)

These are just way too cute.

So much fun!
