Birds Fly and Flowers Fall

Sometimes it's the unexpected things that are best.  Well, not really best, but they add something that you would never have expected otherwise.

Like these birds that flew into the blue sky as I took the photo.  I didn't see it until I was looking at the photo afterwards.  And it happened twice.

Or like our neighbour introducing herself to us after 2 years of living in the same building.  I think the sunshine of the last few days has a large part in this.
Or finding new graffiti around the corner of our block every few weeks.  There was Faile graffiti for awhile before someone tagged over it. And then this ASL graffiti appeared a few nights ago.  It spells MUGA, I have no idea what that stands for, but isn't it totally cool?  Or this little flower that a homeless, scruffy guy threw down to me when we were sitting in a boat on the canal.  He threw it down just for me.  See, I said the sunshine must have something to do with it.

Nice - you got a 'wet the bed' flower thrown at you!!!! Hey, lucky the bird didn't 'drop' anything as he flew over...as I can just see you lying back on the boat with your mouth hanging open as you took the shot!!!
