Brilliant!

I've discovered the perfect study break.  Bread.  You mix it together and then study for 1.5 hours while it rises.
You punch it back down, shape it and then study for 45 minutes while it rises again.
You put it in the oven and then study for 30 minutes while it cooks.  You take it out and then study for 30 minutes while it cools.
And then you devour with an appetite that only comes from being stuck in front of a computer for all that time.

This looks brilliant. Recipe please?
You are great at making bread. I think you may need to teach me when you are here. My bread skills are left to the bread maker...as in my machine...not the baker down the road!
I have never been game enough to twist and turn..although I do the scrolls! Hmmm maybe I could after all.
Happy studying. Are you doing ok without Andy? Been thinking about you. Time is short now until we see you. Yippeee.
